Refund Policy

Accurate negative verdicts are not refundable. If our research finds your idea probably won't work and cites the reasons, that's the product you paid for. “I didn't like the answer” is not a refund reason.

For anything else, reply to your order email. We respond personally to support requests and will work out a fair remedy with you — typically a re-run on us rather than a refund, since the goal is to get you a verdict you can use.

A more formal refund policy will be published once the first wave of paying customers has tested the dissatisfaction-handling process. Until then, treat “reply to the email” as the canonical path.
