Terms of Service

Effective: April 2026. These terms govern use of the yOptions service.

No refunds on accurate negative verdicts. If our research finds your idea is not viable and provides citations, that is the product you paid for. Accurate negative verdicts are not eligible for refund.

48-hour refund window. If your job has not started running within 48 hours of payment, you may request a full refund.

Free redo guarantee. If the delivered report misidentified your idea or cited a non-existent competitor, you are entitled to one free redo.
