Terms of Service

Effective: June 2026. These terms govern use of the yOptions service.

No refunds on accurate negative verdicts. If our research finds your idea probably won't work and provides citations, that is the product you paid for. Accurate negative verdicts are not eligible for refund.

For any other concern, reply to your order email. We respond personally to support requests and will work out a fair remedy with you. See /refunds for the current policy.

Privacy. Your idea is stored only to produce and deliver your verdict, and to allow you to return and view it. We never share, sell, or publish your submission unless you explicitly opt in (e.g., to the verdict wall). We do not read submissions for any purpose beyond producing your verdict.
